Water Regulations

​This course is ideal for operatives who want to join their local Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme (WIAPS), competent person scheme (CPS) or the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

​

Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) course is for heating and plumbing installers who need to gain the knowledge of the Water Regulations (1999) before applying to join their local Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme (WIAPS), competent person scheme (CPS) or the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

The cost of the course includes training, assessment, the certification fee and a copy of the WRAS Water Regulations Guide.

G3 Domestic Vented and Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems 

BPEC - £225.00 + VAT

​This course aims to help plumbers and heating engineers who want to install Vented and Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems to comply with the appropriate Building Regulations and Standards. The design, installation and maintenance of Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems is work that can be carried out by competent plumbing operatives and heating engineers who already have a knowledge of hot and cold water systems and central heating systems.

​The very comprehensive course starts with intensive training in the four modules, followed by the completion of three assessments including one practical. Candidates must successfully pass all three assessments to gain the BPEC Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems certificate and competency card.

Level 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems

​This 4 day course is recognised by MCS, it provides learners with the skills and knowledge to install and maintain Air and Ground source Heat pump systems ( non-refrigerant circuits)
